It is applicable to air vents of central air conditioning systems that have requirements for smoke and fire resistance, particularly applicable to important buildings that have automatic fire extinguishing units with halogen instead of methane.

All valves should be shut off before the gas is released to put out a fire, and after the fire is extinguished, all valves should be turned on for ventilation and exhaust. When the exhaust system is also used as ventilation air conditioning system, air conditioning requirements for ventilation should be taken into full consideration, and so should the requirements for exhaust and fire protection when fire breaks out. Besides, it is also applicable to ceilings of ventilation and air conditioning pipelines as well as places where manual operation is not available.
